Wonderful Stay with Fantastic Amenities

I really enjoyed the mini water park. The animators were friendly and cheerful. The staff was attentive, always checking to ensure everything was fine. The food offered good variety, with a grill always available. The sea left a lasting impression with its very nice coral reef.
The coffee and tea machine had some issues. It wasn't working reliably for the first few days of my stay.

The apartment was spacious and included enough storage for my family's belongings. The terrace overlooked the garden and pool, with a clear sea view. This provided a relaxing and scenic space. The beds were also very comfortable.

The hotel is close to several attractions. Many cafes are also nearby. The beach is just across the main street. This offers easy access to the shoreline. Beach access was AMAZING!!!

the spacious two-room suite featured its own tv. the all-inclusive restaurant offered varied and flavorful food, especially the meat dishes were tender. animators entertained both adults and children with clever activities (i loved it!).
the mobile network reception was quite weak, and the wifi connectivity was not strong enough.

the premises are close to the beach. the walk is roughly 10 minutes from the hotel. the proximity to local attractions and shops adds to the convenience for exploring the area. it is easily walkable.

poor soundproofingrepetitive food
my stay had a couple of significant downsides. the noise was a constant issue because there was no soundproofing in the rooms (i could hear everything!). it made relaxing difficult, and i often struggled to sleep properly. i also found the all-inclusive food repetitive (i wish there was more variety).

This resort is my favorite. The staff is attentive and friendly. Mohamed at the reception is helpful. I love that they ensured our stay went smoothly. Tamer helped us check out late. The location is accessible, and there are many food options.
The gym had some outdated equipment. I would like to see it updated soon.

The hotel location is great. It's near a blue bus station. El Sasala square is close. I found many famous restaurants and supermarkets near the resort. Everything is within 3 minutes.
